1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 7GPros Property Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including property managers, owners, tenants, vendors, board members, and investors.
2. Description of Service
7GPros Property Management provides property management, compliance, inspection, leasing, accounting, and reserve study tools. Features may be added, modified, or discontinued at our discretion. Some functionality requires a paid subscription; pricing and plan details are presented at the point of purchase.
3. User Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Access to specific features is governed by your assigned role. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including uploading unlawful content, attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, interfering with security controls, reverse-engineering the service, or using the platform to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Property & Tenant Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of property, tenant, and financial data you enter, and for obtaining any consents required to collect and store personal information of residents, applicants, and vendors. Tenant screening is performed through authorized third-party providers and is subject to applicable fair-housing and consumer-reporting laws.
6. Payments & Billing
Subscription fees, rent payments, and community dues are processed through third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. Refunds and disputes are handled per our billing policy and the payment provider's terms. Late fees, NSF fees, and grace periods are configured per your agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its software, design, reports, and content, is owned by 7GPros Property Management and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you submit. Generated inspection and reserve reports are licensed to you for your internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated findings are advisory and require human review before action. We do not guarantee that inspection findings, reserve projections, or compliance determinations are error-free or legally conclusive. You are responsible for final decisions affecting your properties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7GPros Property Management and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Minnesota, except where state-specific property statutes require another forum.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
